Working for 11 years in Bangladesh Civil Service under the Ministry of Agriculture, Bangladesh.

(Including two years of study leave to pursue MS in Environment at Monash University, VIC, Australia)

Worked as Agriculture Extension Officer, Upazila (sub-district) Agriculture officer, and Senior Assistant Director (in training academy).

Four stations across Bangladesh.

Duties and responsibilities:

Execution of research plots on advanced agricultural technologies, including validation trials.

Organizing farmers’ training, budgeting for the entire office, and human resource management (conflict management is one of the main regular works).

Maintaining liaison between policymakers, agricultural input businessmen, farmers, and other stakeholders related to crop production.

Ensuring smooth flow of crop cultivation inputs like seeds, fertilizer, pesticides, etc.

Contributing to preparing policy documents, especially the National Agricultural Policy, Safe food production policy, and Sustainable Agricultural Policy of Bangladesh.

Budgeting, finance management, pest museum management, and preparing for publications while in the training academy.

2.       Hybrid solar-powered desalination through the increased surface area, heat recycling, and entrapment of sunlight are similar to the mechanisms that lead to evaporation from the sea surface. Submitted on 02 November 2022 to the Department of Patent, Design, and Trademarks, Ministry of Industries, Bangladesh. Application file no P/BD/2022/000361.
